Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Prior experience as shift lead preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Lead shifts and act as a role model for the team.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to guests.
• Open and/or close, be a key holder and ensure smooth operations.
