Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support leadership in daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and uphold our culture and values. This role emphasizes serving guests, maintaining a fast-paced environment, and leading by example.

The Team Leader will help train staff, manage shifts, and ensure high standards of customer service, teamwork, and accountability in a fast‑paced Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to train and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Respond to guests' needs promptly and respectfully.
• Assist in training new hires and set a positive shift tone.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close shifts; act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize daily cash.
• Maintain clear written and spoken communication.
