Job summary

Huddle House is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, set standards, and foster a culture of hospitality.

You will drive sales, manage costs, coach Assistant Managers and Team Members, ensure food safety and brand standards, and grow the business while serving your community.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business acumen including budgeting, scheduling, labor and P&L management.
• Current ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and inspire Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and inventory performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, staffing, and administrative responsibilities.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
• Review financial results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Build a positive, inclusive culture where people love to work.
