Job summary

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking an experienced director to build and lead our restaurant training team in Albuquerque, NM. You will own onboarding, leadership development, and the management pipeline to influence culture and performance.

You will design training programs, recruit and mentor the management team, evaluate performance, and ensure consistent operations across locations with a focus on opening new sites.

Qualifications

• Years of restaurant management or training experience.
• Proven ability to build and retain strong teams.
• Deep knowledge of high-volume restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Track record driving operational excellence and consistency.
