Job summary

GGP Services Inc. is seeking a Sr. Tenant Restaurant Coordinator to oversee end-to-end restaurant tenant build-outs, from deal approval through store opening and post-occupancy.

You will lead design, construction, and turnover milestones per company standards and lease timelines, driving early openings. You will manage relationships with tenant teams, coordinate permitting, plan submissions, and approvals, and align internal teams on lease terms and scope.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-site restaurant project management experience.
• Solid knowledge of construction documents, design specs, materials, and building systems.
• Familiar with national building codes, MEP systems, and life safety standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with tenant design and construction teams.
• Coordinate tenant build-outs including permitting, plan submittals, approvals, construction, and turnover timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams on lease terms, drawings, timing, and scope.
• Review lease documents, LODs, and lease plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor design/construction schedules and align with budgets; drive early openings.
• Maintain real-time project updates in electronic tracking systems.
• Provide upfront design details to Leasing for negotiations, including historical drawings.
• Review tenant concepts and drawings for brand standards and center aesthetics.
• Coordinate vacancy schedules and landlord work; partner with development on landlord-required work.
• Develop and maintain center criteria manuals; implement new policies/procedures.
• Liaise with local authorities having jurisdiction; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams via regular calls/meetings to resolve issues.
• Support major initiatives within tenant coordination; handle other duties as assigned.
