Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in restaurant technology, retail technology, hospitality technology, or related industries.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams, programs, and enterprise initiatives.
• Proven success leading projects involving POS, digital ordering, menu management, systems integration, analytics, and OT platforms.
• Experience using data analytics to drive strategic and operational decisions.
• Experience supporting franchise and company-operated environments.
• Experience developing operational dashboards and executive reporting using BI tools.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the restaurant technology strategy and roadmap with the IT Leadership Team.
• Identify and evaluate emerging restaurant technologies, AI capabilities, and automation solutions.
• Drive continuous innovation to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead teams responsible for POS, KDS, Back Office, online ordering, drive-thru tech, and integrations.
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, releases, and lifecycle management.
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Lead large-scale technology initiatives including implementations and rollouts.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.
