LV Petroleum's Miss J's Cafe, located in the travel center at Eagleville, MO, seeks a Restaurant Shift Lead to oversee daily operations and deliver an outstanding dining experience. You will guide a motivated team, ensure service excellence, and drive guest satisfaction during shifts.

You will recruit and train staff, manage quality and safety standards, monitor budgets, and help promote menu items and local promotions while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of management in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe.

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held on the weekdays from 9am - 4pm inside the travel center located at 24024 E. STATE HWY NORTH, Eagleville.

About the Role:

As the Restaurant Shift Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape the success of Miss J's Cafe. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, ensuring our guests enjoy delicious meals and exceptional service. You'll foster a vibrant and motivated team, ensuring that everyone's contribution shines through in the experience we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment by ensuring that every guest is greeted with warmth and receives top-notch service throughout their visit.
