LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead for Miss J's Cafe inside our travel center in Eagleville, MO. You will supervise daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and coach a motivated team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Key duties include managing guest experiences, training staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with culinary and marketing teams to promote offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe.
• Proven leadership track record with diverse teams.
• Strong customer-focused approach and service mindset.
• Good understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting and cost control.
• Effective problem solving and decision making in dynamic environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

About The Role

As the Restaurant Shift Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape the success of Miss J's Cafe. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, ensuring our guests enjoy delicious meals and exceptional service. You’ll foster a vibrant and motivated team, ensuring that everyone's contribution shines through in the experience we offer.

Key Responsibilities
