Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
• Proven track record of leading and developing a diverse team.
• Strong commitment to exceptional guest experiences and the ability to handle customer feedback positively.
• Good understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting and cost control measures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
