Compensation and Benefits

Starting Pay Rates: 14 & 15 Years Old: $12/hr (PT, 15 hrs/wk minimum); 16 & 17 Years Old: $13/hr (PT); 18 Years Old and older: $14/hr (PT); Full‑time, year‑round: $16/hr plus additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests through order taking, meal delivery and table‑side service
• Prepare food and operate equipment, including pressure and open fryers
• Clean and restock, both internally and externally
• Bag orders accurately and quickly; prepare beverages
• Provide second‑mile service to guests
• Work quickly and efficiently while following food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Maintain proper quality parameters
• Perform tasks in a variety of customer‑facing and kitchen production positions
• Be on feet up to 4 hrs without a break, work outside in various weather conditions up to 4 hrs, occasionally lift up to 40 lbs, and have reliable transportation
