McAlister’s Deli in Prattville, AL is seeking a Restaurant Team Member. This hourly/part-time role supports guest service, food preparation, and accurate order taking while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

You will greet guests, take orders, assist with food items, manage cash, and ensure orders are complete and delivered with a smile. Prior restaurant experience and 16+ age required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a casual restaurant dining.
• 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for approximately 95% - 100% of shift.
• Able to speak, read, and write effectively with good communication.
• Able to travel to assigned restaurant location.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and taking orders accurately.
• Preparation of certain food items.
• Ensure each order is complete and properly packaged.
• Deliver orders to guests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and friendly service.
• Verify orders for correctness and completeness.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming policy.
