Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in a corporate location is seeking a Restaurant Team Member. This hourly/part-time role supports restaurant operations, greets guests, takes orders, prepares menu items, and ensures cash control while maintaining cleanliness.

You will work with a team to deliver accurate orders, uphold quality standards, and assist with various stations as needed. The position requires 16+ years of age, 1 year of casual restaurant experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in a casual restaurant dining.
• 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to be self-reliant and follow upper management directions.
• Able to stand and walk for 95-100% of shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specific food items and maintain quality.
• Greet guests and take orders accurately and friendly.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and order accuracy.
• Deliver orders to guests and manage dine-in, curbside, and pickup areas.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Coordinate with team to prevent delays and support other stations.
