Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a casual restaurant dining setting.
• Ability to be self-reliant and execute duties from management.
• Able to speak, read, and write effectively with strong oral communication.
• Must adhere to McAlister’s uniform and grooming policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items.
• Greet guests and take orders accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
• Deliver orders to guests and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest service.
• Ensure orders are complete and prepared correctly for dine-in, curbside, or pickup.
• Assist at stations to prevent backlogs.
• Handle drink preparation and customer service procedures.
• Prepare menu items quickly while upholding quality standards.
• Maintain overall product quality.
