Job summary

McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Restaurant Team Member in a part-time role. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy while upholding quality and cleanliness standards. You will handle cash, deliver orders, and maintain dining room readiness in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires at least 1 year in casual dining, being 16 or older, and the ability to work flexible hours. Teamwork and reliable attendance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a casual restaurant dining.
• 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to be self-reliant. Execute assigned duties and responsibility from upper management staff.
• Able to stand and walk for approximately 95% - 100% of shift.
• Able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to travel to assigned restaurant location and operate respective work stations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• Know menu items and ingredients; follow steps for efficient service.
• Ensure accurate cash control and proper order delivery.
• Deliver orders to guests and organize dining, curbside, and pickup areas.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Assist other stations when needed to maintain flow and quality.
