Responsibilities

• Stock kitchen and service areas with food, beverage, and supplies.
• Stock salsa bars with sauces, condiments, and utensils.
• Fill food and beverage orders as part of the team.
• Collect customer payments and provide accurate change.
• Unload deliveries to the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire restaurant environment.
• Observe alcoholic beverage laws where applicable.
• Maintain safe public access to the restaurant.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
