Job summary

Harri is seeking a Team Member to join our restaurant team in Lancaster, Texas. You will help prepare and serve food and beverages, assist customers, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

This role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy in taking orders, and following safety and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling payments with a POS system, stocking supplies, unloading deliveries, and supporting kitchen and front-of-house operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Basic English communication required for guest interactions.
• Knowledge of POS cash register operations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers.
• Take and relay orders verbally or via automated systems.
• Prepare, serve and portion food and beverages with kitchen equipment.
• Stock kitchen and service areas with supplies.
• Process payments and provide accurate change with POS.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and maintaining cleanliness of restaurant.
• Follow alcohol-related laws where applicable.
• Support both kitchen and front-of-house operations as needed.
