Job summary

Harri Team Member supports daily restaurant operations by preparing and serving food and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area. You greet customers, take orders, and assist with cashier duties as needed.

In this role you will stock items, assist kitchen and service staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards. Good communication and the ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to receive and respond promptly to requests, orders and instructions.
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask and adjust to changing assignments.
• Ability to maintain productivity and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Must speak English in customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to learn POS Cash Register, Kitchen Screens and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers and take orders.
• Relay orders to kitchen operations and prepare food as needed.
• Stock kitchen and service areas with required supplies.
• Handle cash register transactions and provide correct change.
• Maintain clean dining areas and keep equipment and surfaces sanitary.
• Follow alcohol laws where applicable and ensure customer safety.
