JOB REQUIREMENTS: A Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities include:

1. Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
2. Prepare and package food and beverages accurately
3. Assemble and package orders
4. Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
5. Maintain a clean and organized workstation
6. Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
7. Stock items such as cups, lids, etc., at the workstations
8. Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments
9. Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
10. Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
11. Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
12. Work collaboratively with team members and managers
13. Maintain and organize stockroom and refrigerated areas

Key Skills & Traits include being team-oriented, punctual, honest, positive attitude, willing to learn, and strong communication skills. Physical requirements involve standing for extended periods, repetitive movements, lifting up to 20 lbs, wearing a headset, and working in a compact space.
