Job Requirements

A Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems.
2. Prepare and package food and beverages accurately.
3. Assemble and package orders.
4. Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
6. Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
7. Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc., at the workstations.
8. Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments.
9. Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
10. Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
11. Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
12. Work collaboratively with team members and managers.
13. Maintain and organize stockroom and refrigerated areas.
