Pay Range

This range is provided by Qdoba Restaurant Corporation. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $13.50/hr - $15.50/hr

Team Member Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and/or according to time & temperature standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a team player and maintain respectful relationships with management and colleagues.
7. Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.
8. Monitor and maintain the quality of products.
9. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
10. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
14. Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
