You will manage shifts, resolve guest concerns quickly, and support daily operations while upholding food safety standards; the role requires hands-on leadership, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant service with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
• Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.
• Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.
