Atrium Hospitality's Dallas Fort Worth Embassy Suites in Grapevine, TX is seeking a full-time line cook to prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and maintain a clean workstation in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

The ideal candidate holds an Active Food Handler’s Certification, can work nights and weekends, and thrives in a team setting while minimizing food waste and upholding quality across restaurant and banquet operations.

Qualifications

• Active Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain soon after hire).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Team-focused, energetic attitude with drive to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using various techniques and equipment.
• Recreate dishes with consistency across restaurant and banquet operations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures.
• Help minimize food waste and ensure quality of all ingredients used.
