Burger King® Assistant Manager in Evansville, IN is a hands-on leadership role partnering with the RGM to drive restaurant performance and guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards while focusing on sales, labor efficiency, and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and keeping the team energized for fast, friendly service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Lead operations by maintaining BK brand standards, encouraging ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and ensuring cash control & security protocols.
