Burger King in Evansville is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness and safety.

Under the supervision of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll coach in the moment, resolve issues quickly, and keep the team focused and accountable.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and development during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow according to BK standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, inventory management, and receiving truck orders.
