Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitors Service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback, celebrate.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean; product quality and OP standards.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders and costs.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules and onboarding of new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
