Qualifications

• Previous experience as a shift leader, team lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or restaurant manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Ability to coach and hold team members accountable.
• Reliable, positive, and service-minded.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, including opening/closing and key holder duties.
• Coach and train team members while maintaining a positive culture.
• Ensure excellent food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
