A leading restaurant in Austin is seeking a Restaurant Team Lead to oversee operations and ensure a top-notch guest experience. This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc. This means the independent franchisee, and not Jack in the Box Inc., will be your employer if hired. The independent franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters in the restaurant, including but not limited to, setting job requirements, hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
Position: Restaurant Team Lead
The Restaurant Team Lead is the first-line operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to deliver a consistent "WOW" guest experience. This includes ensuring food quality and safety, executing guest service components, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures, standards, the Service Profit Chain (SPC), and Brand Promise. Regular and prompt attendance is required for this position.
This role is generally available as a full-time or part-time opportunity.
Prior experience in roles such as shift lead, team lead, supervisor, restaurant assistant manager, catering manager, or kitchen manager is highly desirable.
