Job summary

Golden Road Motor Inn DBA Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is seeking a restaurant service supervisor to lead team members in serving food and maintaining cleanliness across dining areas. You will train staff, enforce policies, and coordinate schedules to ensure smooth operations in a hospitality-focused environment.

The role requires assessing safety and sanitation, managing records, and delivering friendly guest interactions while resolving complaints to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Train team members in performance of duties.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
• Assign and coordinate work of team members to promote operational efficiency.
• Inspect kitchen and dining areas, utensils, and equipment for sanitary standards and proper working order.
• Maintain records such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by team members.
• Requisition and inspect foodstuffs, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock levels and quality standards.
• Prepare work schedules/floor plans and evaluate work performance of team members.
• Prepare and administer coaching and counseling to team members.
• Direct preparation of foods and beverages.
• Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolve guest complaints.
