Circle K in Hastings, FL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key duties include coaching team, conducting interviews, maintaining cleanliness and safety, managing cash and inventory, and performing administrative tasks when the RM is absent. This is a part-time role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service and coaches team members.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains cleanliness and handles housekeeping duties.
• Ensures food safety and brand/health regulations.
• Manages cash, sales, and inventory records and completes shift paperwork.
• In RM absence, completes administrative tasks and maintains operations.
• Upholds company values and contributes to a profitable restaurant.
