Job summary

Carrols LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Burger King in Alabama. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards with a focus on guest satisfaction and financial results.

You will collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to drive performance, monitor operations, and maintain cash control while delivering fast, friendly service and ongoing learning and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team.
• Develop and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to build skills.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards and enabling strong, hands-on leadership.
