Job summary

Carrols LLC, operating Burger King restaurants in Alabama, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while driving guest satisfaction and financial results. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and keeping the team energized for fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Lead strong operations by upholding BK brand standards and removing roadblocks with hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and ensuring cash control & security protocols.
