Job summary

Carrols LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Burger King®. The role involves leading shifts, coaching Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and upholding quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards to drive guest satisfaction and strong financial results.

The ideal candidate will balance people development with operational discipline, while contributing to sales growth and labor efficiency through hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Coach and develop team members and shift coordinators to build skills.
• Lead operations by maintaining brand standards, encouraging ideas, and removing roadblocks.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and ensuring cash control.
