You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive sales growth, labor efficiency, and overall restaurant performance, while fostering a hands-on leadership style and commitment to growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience and BK® standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to build skills.
• Create great guest experiences with fast, friendly service.
• Maintain BK® brand standards and drive operational excellence.
• Support inventory, orders, assets, maintenance, and cash control with strong decision-making.
