Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in planning special events and promotions in the restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
