Job summary

Piada Italian Street food in Cincinnati is seeking a Supervisor to join its junior leadership team. You will oversee Team Members and ensure each Guest enjoys an authentic experience, whether first visit or hundredth.

You’ll also help shape the food and feel of the restaurant while learning kitchen duties like writing daily prep lists and managing labor. As an hourly position, the role starts at $17 per hour and can advance based on experience and shift availability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant
• Ability to manage daily prep and labor
• Capacity to follow recipes and maintain safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team
• Cook and prepare ingredients with care to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow recipes and procedures for food quality and consistency
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them organized
• Follow daily checklists to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop team members into future Supervisors
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
