Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to drive daily restaurant operations, uphold our hospitality standards, and coach team members. You will collaborate with leadership to maintain service excellence and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will open/close shifts, assist with orders and inventory, and reinforce food safety practices while guiding staff development and performance in a fast-moving dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and develop front-line staff and ensure consistent standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and basic operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations and promote a positive work environment.
• Delegate routines and tasks to team members and supervisors.
• Ensure standards are executed and support the training and development of Team Members.
• Open and close the restaurant, place orders, conduct inventory, and assist with cash handling as needed.
