Job summary

Atlas Franchise, a Jimmy John’s franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Papillion, NE. You will guide the team, run shifts, and support daily operations with a focus on outstanding service.

Responsibilities include training staff, upholding food safety and cleanliness, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with benefits such as vacation, sick time, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• At least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in food.
• Good coach to develop team.
• Coachable and adaptable.
• Experience handling customer and employee issues.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident and outgoing.
• Memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.

Responsibilities
