Job summary

Atlas Franchise is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Jimmy John’s location in Omaha. You will guide the team, assist daily operations, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy store atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and possess leadership experience to train staff, run shifts, and uphold food safety and company standards. This full-time, non-exempt role includes benefits eligibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• Must have at least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry
• Must be a good coach to develop team
• Must be coachable
• Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test
