Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission and five core values to life in our restaurants. You’ll lead daily operations, model hospitality, and support guest experiences by coaching teammates and ensuring quality food and service.

You’ll collaborate with managers to open and close, place orders, conduct inventory, manage cash handling, uphold food safety practices, and deploy shifts to maintain high service levels while keeping a positive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset and guest-focused service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Experience coaching and training restaurant staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and promote a positive work environment for guests and team members.
• Delegate routines and tasks, ensure standards are executed, and support training and development.
