Zaxby’s is hiring to grow a fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant team in Griffin, GA. The role focuses on restaurant management, with requirements including a flexible schedule, nights and weekends, and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Must be hard working and a team player, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions.
• Enter guest orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, server ware, and beverages.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Lead a team and coach performance of others.
• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.
• Inventory management: the management of food costs.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly tasks and checklists are completed correctly.
