Zaxby’s is seeking restaurant management personnel for a fast-paced, fast-casual concept in Albany, GA. The role emphasizes guest service, training, and operations oversight, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

The ideal candidate will be hard-working, team-oriented, and capable of managing shifts, cash handling, and POS transactions while upholding brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week.
• Restaurant Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Explain menu items and suggest additional items.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the point of sale system.
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Maintain dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, server ware, and beverages.
• Other work assigned.
