Job summary

Zaxby’s is seeking a restaurant management personnel who can lead in a fast-paced, fast-casual environment. The role requires a flexible schedule with nights and weekends, and a team-oriented, hardworking attitude focused on guest satisfaction and quality service.

The position emphasizes managing shifts, coordinating staff, maintaining a clean environment, and delivering great customer experiences in a welcoming setting. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Engage in frontline guest service and ensure a friendly, enthusiastic atmosphere.
• Greet guests on arrival and thank them on departure.
• Explain menu items and upsell additional items.
• Accurately take and process guest orders at the point of sale.
• Maintain clean, safe dining and guest areas.
• Assist with inventory and store-level tasks as needed.
• Lead and coach team members during shifts.
• Support management in daily operations.
