Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on each shift including cashiers and cooks.
• Inventory management and food cost control.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly tasks and checklists are completed.
• Hire and schedule staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expense.
• Balance daily cash drawers, safe and credit cards.
• Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals.
• Maintain product quality standards.
• Create an environment of quality within the store.
