Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, managing inventory and cash controls, and assisting with local marketing initiatives to boost sales and fan satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe® certification preferred.
• Proven track record in controlling costs and labor.
• Strong customer service and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during scheduled shifts to meet quality, service, and atmosphere goals.
• Train and coach shift leads and crew; ensure safety and food-handling standards.
• Assist GM with business planning, scheduling, inventory, and cash control.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain Fan-focused service.
• Support marketing activities and local promotions to drive sales.
