CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and guide the restaurant team daily, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence. You will partner with managers to uphold the brand, train Team Members, and oversee essential shift duties from opening to closing.

You will help manage inventory, place orders, and handle cash while maintaining rigorous food safety standards and a clean, welcoming dining environment for guests and coworkers alike.
