Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Restaurant Systems Analyst for on-site work at our corporate office in Orlando, FL, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. The role focuses on maintaining POS, MES, and menu systems databases, including recipe creation and unit of measure accuracy for new products.

Responsibilities include program and maintain the DASH POS system, support marketing promotions, price changes, and online menu content across platforms, while collaborating with IT and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in finance, analysis, inventory management, or IT systems analysis/programming.
• Enterprise-level POS management experience.
• SQL and Oracle DB experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program and maintain the DASH POS system and other menu systems databases.
• Plan and execute system setups to support marketing initiatives and core menu changes.
• Program menu items and supporting screens; ensure correct UofMs and pricing.
• Lead maintenance of online menus and third-party delivery content.
• Work with IT to resolve restaurant support tickets and requests.
