• Strong modeling, forecasting, scenario planning and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and evaluation of promotions, loyalty, and pricing initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing, Concept Development, Culinary, and Operations leadership with data-driven insights.
• Develop financial models to assess promotions, pricing, menu changes and investment scenarios.
• Analyze menu price tiers, value architecture, gaps, and competitive positioning.
• Support budgeting, forecasts and long-range plans with promotion and pricing impacts.
