Job summary

ROC Ventures, LLC is seeking a reliable Busser / Food Runner to support dining operations. You will help maintain a clean and inviting dining room by clearing tables, delivering meals, and assisting servers as needed.

Responsibilities include removing dishes, wiping spills, resetting flatware and glassware, restocking napkins and condiments, and ensuring the dining area is ready for guests at closing. This role emphasizes teamwork and attention to detail in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Remove used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are done eating.
• Wipe up water spills, food stains, and dirt from tables.
• Straighten out tablecloths or replace stained ones.
• Replace cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners.
• Refill paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers, and other condiments on the table.
• Refill drinking glasses with water.
• Bring out meal orders from the kitchen to the dining tables.
• Handle cleaning of the dining area at closing time.
• Perform any other duties to maintain a clean environment for the facility.

Responsibilities
