Job summary

LE CAFE DU SUD LLC is seeking a dependable Runner/Busser to support front-of-house and service teams, delivering food and beverages promptly, clearing tables, and keeping areas clean and welcoming.

You will work in a fast-paced dining environment, staying organized, communicating with kitchen and floor staff, and contributing to a great guest experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required to support peak times and guest flow.

We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented Runner/Busser to help create a smooth and welcoming dining experience for every guest. In this role, you will support both the front-of-house and service teams by delivering food and beverages promptly, clearing and resetting tables efficiently, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and upbeat dining environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or service station to guests quickly and accurately
• Clear used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables in a timely manner
• Reset tables to company standards to prepare for the next guests
• Assist servers by anticipating guest and team needs during busy shifts
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service areas, and support stations
• Refill water, restock supplies, and help keep service areas organized
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
