Job summary

The Bellevue Club invites a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily front-of-house operations at our premier Eastside venue. You will train and guide Waitstaff, Hosts and Bussers, monitor service standards, and ensure member and guest satisfaction across dining spaces.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory coordination, POS system oversight, and maintaining quality while fostering teamwork. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus tips and opportunities for advancement within

Qualifications

• Management, supervisory or shift lead experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mixing and serving espresso/smoothie drinks preferred.
• Computerized POS system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists Food & Beverage Management in the smooth, efficient running of outlet.
• Training new hires and leading existing team members in the Waitstaff, Host, and Busser positions.
• With great attention to detail, helping management lead the team with training and leading by example.
• Supervises the operations when scheduled including any staff issues.
• May assist with scheduling, inventory, and purchasing when needed.
• Reviews all food servers’ checkouts. Counts banks. Processes cash transactions in the restaurant during meal service.
• Communicates with members directly and through the staff to ensure member satisfaction.
• Tastes food to ensure quality and consistency.
